PRT performance

I got referred here, paid over $1k for a tune and my car doesn't run very well at all. Bad cold start, super rough, dies sometimes.. and Steve didn't even really care or offer to fix it etc. Not good for customer service at all...

I have a 2020 Mustang gt that had a tune issue which I had fixed at another shop but Im just looking back to how bro charged me $400+ to do a smoke test and tell me the car is tuner locked, he suspected himself the issue was with the tune and told me it would be $1600+ for a tune since these new mustangs are harder to to tune I got it unlocked and re tuned for $1200. Dont want call him a scammer but dam*ea close it it

This is pretty old but I look my 86 in for an exhaust install because I had no time to install it because of work and school, but Steve was able to get it on super quickly and accurately. Ill definitely try to take future projects back here down the road for tunes, also tons of rx-7s first time Ive ever seen an fd in person lmao

Steve knows whats up, great work guys!! He helped me finish my 97 Miata turbo build. The car has never run better. Couldn't have done it without you. I can't say enough good things about him. I told him my goals for the build and what I hope to end up with, he was able to guide me and keep it within my budget. He nailed it!!! Thank you for helping me live my dream!!! If you want to get your car tuned, Steve will shoot you straight.
