Let me start by saying STAY AWAY!!!!! Been going here for years lately customers service was the worst I ever experienced extremely rude and disrespectful staff which have all been let go due to the owner loosing a ton of clients and now the owner has been extremely unreasonable and not able to providing the same customer service that sold me on when I started using this service. I dont do these but I dont not like to play with my finances and want to save some business owners some HUGE headaches I am glad to be moving on!!!

I know its COVID times but services have definitely dropped off. Poor communication, missed deadlines, didnt show up for an appointment, tells you want you want to hear then doesnt deliver. Hope things turn around but I have to move on. Update: The original owner is back and service is likely the same as it was for years.

Most of the staff has been fired and the current owner has provided me and my family terrible customer service after several years of good service with former employees. Due to some issues with a foster child we had to file by mail this year and an attempt to follow up on my return I contacted the owner and as far as I'm aware of the only employee left. After several failed attempts to contact her I was contacted by former employees who she had asked to reach out to me because she did not have time to deal with me. I was finally able to get a hold of her and through the course of several phone calls where she continued to hang up on me she eventually called back and stated that she was wrong about what she had told me and that they did file our taxes by mail even though she swore multiple times that she was in the room when we were told they would not do that for us that they only did it electronically. Upon finally calling me and letting me know that she was in fact wrong multiple times and that they had in fact filed my taxes through the mail for me as I remembered she did not and refuse to apologize for her behavior and actions and was unwilling to assist me any further and completing my taxes or checking up on them as I had paid her to do so. Her logic was that I had paid her employee and not her and that her company held no accountability for anything that an employee or previous employees had done. If you have prior business with RBCE my recommendation is to locate one of their former employees and follow them to wherever they will continue doing their work.

Ive been going here for my taxes since 2019. I see Ben and he is very quick to get my taxes done. When I had to do an amendment, after I got another form, he worked diligently to get it taken care of. I highly recommend him for all your tax needs!
