Great service! Nice professional repairman! Gregory had to come back out when a light on my filter system seemed to be staying off. They came out and rechecked the system. They retested everything and reassured me that everything was in good order and did not add another service call fee. I was so greatful! Ive paid annually now for 3 years to have Fall and Spring service and these guys are great. Fair. Knowledgable. You will not be sorry if you choose Petrocelli! The original owner of our home suggested we keep using this company and I can see why. They're very professional and honest - not there for the up sell. Update: we've been using them for 3.5 years now and are extremely happy with our service. Update 11/30/23 Matt came & inspected our system as part of our cool club membership. He was professional, friendly, and informative. Update 04/08/2024 We continue to get great service year after year and Juan was no exception. Today! He was so professional and actually very helpful explaining to me what the different categories on the invoice and the report of how our HVAC system is doing were. Also, after changing the filter for us offered to discard the box the filter came in. I'm a member of the cool Club and will be forever!
