This house was truly incredible in every way! Our Business, The Eggleston Law Firm stayed here for our work retreat and there was enough room to fit all 30 of us comfortably. The view from the house was amazing, the pool was awesome, everything was just perfect! We had so much fun bonding as a team here and all wish we could have stayed longer!! I think the only thing we would change is adding that the bunk beds need ladders to make it easier for adults to get up there, other than that we had an amazing stay and would 100% recommend this house as a perfect spot for family vacations or work retreats.

Sadly, this place was not my favorite. My family of 27 people rents a VRBO every year for the past 10 years and this one was at the bottom of our list. Cons: 1.) Cove and dock were unusable. Water was so low and owner did not inform us of this until the day before. We could not park our boat and the water was just a muddy pit. Just awful. We asked for a discount due to this not being what was advertised. Property manager said he would talk to owner. I never received a response. 2.) The pool was really dirty looking. It was cloudy and gross. 3.) The pics online make the home look way bigger and nicer than it actually was. The home is old. 4.) There is not enough restrooms for a large party. 5.) The bedrooms reminded me of a step above a Motel 6. 6.) Odd layout with step down's into restroom that almost everyone fell on. 7.) Many TV's don't work unless you brought a Firestick. Pros 1.) Kitchen having 2 of everything was nice. 2 Refrigerators, 2 Dishwashers, 2 Sinks 2.) Lots of sleeping spaces. 3.) Game room was a nice space that you could not hear anything from the main house. 4.) Big property that you can spread out on.
