        This branch is my favorite one even though it's a bit farther out my way but it's worth it because the Chase on 96 in league city is the worst one. Every time I've gone in there they never help my immediate need but I come here and they help me out with mo hesitation. Thank you guys for being awesome!

        Thanks to everyone at this great branch, manager Rick, Aaron, floyd and Chantelle. Awesome service during the very difficult times losing our son. Yall went above and beyond, and my wife loved Chantelles nails.

        I try and call my branch but noone answers the phone... EVER! So dissapointed in the Chase Survice these days. Pethetic really. End up with some foreign service answering for Chase with no authority to help as only a branch can. Chase is not the bank it once was.

        Definitely need more tellers. Lines take forever even if just one person in front of you. But very friendly staff.
