        Placed a reservation for a mini van three days ago. Show up and conveniently was rented out when we already had it on hold. Disgusting attitude and practices.

        My experience was not what I expected. I have been renting in this business for many years and I think the last time, when it was time to deliver the car, the person who helped me seemed to be in a bad mood and treated me like an annoying person, and they also ask for a 300 deposit which they will refund. put on hold what is not true, they charge you and wait 3 business days for it to be in your account. BEWARE OF THOSE WHO RENT.

        The rental process here is more difficult than it has to be. I made a reservation but couldnt rent a car because I dont have a local address. Seriously? Thats precisely why I need to rent a car. Im eligible to rent, just not in Laredo. Ill never rent from this place again.
