I've heard so many things but in my personal experience they DONT care at all about the kids. They are suppose to "protect" and they don't. Case worker was of no help. She just made sure we had the child and said she was going to try to help us in what she could. Only saw her once. Tried calling her never answered, went to the office and was told only SHE could do anything regarding the case. Messaged her AGAIN and her reply was I'm busy what do you need. After that message she never replied again. School contacted her and she told them there was no case that it had been closed something she never told us. Closed the case without any help. They should hire people that actually care about the kids they are serving, that try to do what they can to help not just close cases when they feel like not doing their job. If I could I would put 0 stars. On the other hand the receptionist was of better help at least we saw she tried.

No one at the window ever to service anyone needing to speak with a CPS Representative!!!

They dont care for kids mental health. All they care about is roof,food,light and clothes. But never if the child is being mentally/ emotionally abused/drained. They never once cared and never will
