Fantastic! I had happened upon Alex R. Hernandez Jr. PLLC by happenstance. I was just looking for information and had been turned down or ignored by two other law firms in the area. John Sopuch and his team took the time to answer all of our questions and explain the process even before we were clients. Throughout the course of our working together that compassion and professionalism never faltered. They worked around our schedules and assisted us in every step of the process. This was our first and only time using a lawyer so we were unsure what to expect and how soon to expect it. We had a lot of questions and concerns. I really appreciated how I could either email or call the office anytime and they would always answer my questions for me no matter how small or big they were. They were professional and polite. I was in a serious automobile accident and did not know what to do. My brother helped me find personal injury lawyer, Alex R. Hernandez Jr. PLLC. They treated me with respect, were very prompt and efficient and really know what they are doing. They got me an excellent result! I am a painter with a family but do not have any disability insurance. I was worried that this car accident would effect my ability to work or maybe even lose my job. I did not have any health insurance and was worried who would get me help obtaining medical treatment and paying my medical bills. Alex R. Hernandez Jr firm came through for me. Alex got me a good doctor who I did not have to pay until my case was finished. What was really great and helped a lot, I got a massage every Wednesday. I would strongly recommend to anyone.
