        The water damage cleanup was done satisfactorily but we also chose them to repair and redo our bathroom but they never came back to finish the job. They didn't show up for two appointments. I called them, left messages and didn't get a return call. I finally gave up.

        From all of the rain we had an issue in our living room. We were referred to Fire and Water Damage Recovery from a friend who had used them in the past. They were awesome! I called them late in the afternoon and their crew arrived the next morning. Very professional and very clean. The ripped up the damaged carpet and drywall within about an hour or so. The next day everything was replaced. I am so thankful for the quick response and quality work. I recommend them very highly.

        My water heater leaked and caused damaged in the garage and inside my home damaged wood floors etc. they came out took care of everything from start to finish!! even helped me with my insurance. Very happy with work done!!! . Clean and presantable would recommend them to anyone !!

        Called several times and could never get an appointment....no service equals horrible service. This review was 3 years ago...and it seems to me that any good business would have the correct phone number on the biggest search engine in the world....but feel free to call someone that can't even get a phone number correct
