Very bad customer service front desk staff named Veronica is extremely rude. Shows zero effort on helping the customers with anything. As you show up to get a schedules drug test and mention that you are there from the company name she automatically says I don't have anything from them without CHECKING ANYTHING! Another employee had to come and check the file that was literally right in front her! She didn't even check she automatically denied the that there was a ticket in existence. Customer service is a key in a business and this place does not provide that!

Very unprofessional. They have students working there that send the results to the wrong employer and then wait a month to tell you that you need to retake the drug test because of their incompetence.
