Thought this dentist office would be great because of reviews. Im from North Carolina and just recently moved here. I went for my babys first dentist appointment. I went to my appointment at 11:30 am on time, was literally waiting in the waiting area for an hour, I went to the receptionist in the front and asked her if my baby is about to be seen, she said she would check and would get back to me. Didnt even care at all and just left me waiting again for half an hour. Ive been waiting for an hour and a half and got really upset because they shouldnt take that long. I told the receptionist thank you for letting me know about my babys status, decided to leave the office because of that horrible long wait time. Another thing that got me angry was that a lady and her two sons got there after me and she was only at the waiting area for 20 minutes and got seen before me. Im guessing because she knew someone there. They give special care to the people they know. This is why Im not coming back to rodeo dental because of there long wait time. 1 hour and a half? Are you kidding me? Please do better, if the dentist has too many appointments dont make too many and let people wait so long. Worst dentist experience Ive had ever.

Great service great staff from the front desk went you walked in to the office to the Doctor was really quick and I was in the out pretty fast

The best dental office I have gone to, the doctor is busy but she is on point, everyone is polite and patient, shout out to Karen she stayed with me while I waited for the anesthesia to kick in, I am grateful for her, and the doctor.
