        They should improve their customer service regarding the changes. I went to exchange some clothes that were given to my baby for a larger size, 3 days after the purchase. And they say they do not accept changes after COVID. But no one is a fortune teller, they should notify you when making the purchase. Because on the sign they have at the checkout it says that they are not accepted when buying in bulk and what I had was the purchase of a single piece. However, the receipt says that exchanges and returns are allowed. In short, I see it as bad service on the part of the store.
