        Just moved in but the leasing office and maintenance are kind, courteous, and quick about their work. Wonderful complex and staff. Edit- the office is till doing great months later but the maintenance hasn't lived up to review of them and the landscapers don't care if you get dirty they will walk up and cut grass where is sprays at you.

        I was initially pleased with the speed and response time of maintenance when i moved in. Unfortunately my last work order changed my mind. I noticed mosquitos able to fly into my apartment through holes in the doors weather sealing. Being a dog owner i knew it was cheaper to have the complex replace the seals than have my dog come down with heartworms. What i didn't know is they apparently make commission on every inch of seal they save so the handy men showed up ready to convince me my eyes didn't work. They seemed genuinely surprised picking at it with a flathead screwdriver didn't make the missing pieces suddenly reappear before begrudgingly completing my request. If i hadn't just been sprayed grass clippings seed by their landscapers I could have let it go. But it's clear everyone here works for the office and you are just their bosses annoying client. While the front office is quick to handle things is seems they are the only ones putting forth effort. Forgot to mention maintenance also lied to me about a procedure to fix a threshold in order to implement a cheaper option. I just let it go since i didn't care how they fixed my issue but it seemed pointless to lie. Edit- this is my entrance for the 50 $ gift card raffle
