        Very great customer service, this was my first time looking for apartments, and the main manager herself, Mrs.E Garcia, was very kind and helpful. She explained everything detail by detail, any questions or concerns I had she never failed to help me out. Im extremely happy with my apartment, good taken care of very spacious, peaceful, and neighbors around the complex are respectful and nice. Very satisfied.

      Virginia, we're sorry you are not 100% satisfied with your experience with La Terraza. When submitting an application there are multiple places where it is communicated that you are applying to be added to the waitlist. Our waitlist can exceed 6-12 months at some points which is why you have not heard from our team in some time.
