I had an issue with my A/C. I had called another company and they came out and wasted my time by telling me I needed to replace my compressor system outside. They wanted to sell me a new unit. Make a long story short. They wanted to rip me off I called the wonderful folks at Be Cool and were prompt to arrive at my home. With a few checks and adjustments. It came out to be a simple fix. These folks are the best!!!! They inform, advice and double check everything. The technician was very helpful and knowledgeable in what he was doing. Lots of attention to detail. They were the only ones who could solve my cooling problem after I brought two independent technicians to check my house. They look at everything that could affect you and explain it to you in detail. Widely recommended. Service: HVAC system repair
