Landmark are the easiest and most stand-up company I've seen out there. From building the estimate through completing the work, they've been flexible, diligent, and noble. My estimate came with a strong urging to get at least two other bids on the work I needed done, and when I chose them, they were upfront about the time before we could get started (recent storms had kicked up a lot repair needs). They met every deadline, they contained every cost, and were courteous and accommodating to boot. The finished product surpasses what I could have hoped for, and the extension of value on my home is much more than the price paid for my repairs and renovations. Price was overpriced for the quality of work done including not thoroughly completing the work that was agreed upon. Not good communication before or during service performed.

Keith and his crew did an awesome job remodeling my kitchen and bathroom, and also repairing damage from a water leak in the other bathroom. His prices are fair and the quality of the work was awesome. He was familiar with homes in my neighborhood and gave me recommendations based on what would actually work for my home. They were always on time and professional. Keith made the whole process enjoyable.
