        I would put zero star. Worst morgage company, don't trust any info they give you make sure all backed up on an email, they try to scam any chance they can. Don't go with them

        I worked with Charles to obtain a loan for a new construction home. This was a very lengthy process and Charles maintained constant communication the entire time. We saw rates go from the 3s to above 7 in the time frame and the conversations with Charles were invaluable in my decision making process! Every challenge was met in stride.
