        I hate this bank. Since they acquired BBVA/Compass, I have had nothing but trouble. First, they changed the routing and account numbers on existing accounts, so I had to change all of my existing direct deposit and bill pay settings. Another issue is that deposits arent immediately available unless you pay an additional fee. Finally, the quality of their debit cards is awful. I have been through 4 different cards with this bank because the chips just stop working.
