To start off If I could give them no stars I would. I went in to get a screen protector and case for my brand new phone. The man put the screen protector on for me but did a poor job then i asked him to fix it or return the money but he did not have another one in stock so he "refunded" me but it still hasn't hit my account after 2 weeks of waiting and it's still not in my account my dad spoke to the owner and his response was that they did not service my phone my dad said then why do we have the receipt he looked at them then said an investigation is being done concerning this matter and that the bank is the reason for the delay . After calling the police he offered to return my money but only if i gave them my receipts and removed the screen protector myself . His employee should have removed it and refunded me the same day why did it take the police to be called to offer me my money back. I strongly sudjest to not do any business there because great nor even good customer service is practiced there.
