Dr Woodard is incredibly thorough and extremely knowledgeable. Ive used him for chiropractic care and the Graston Technique. His staff is friendly, welcoming and the office has a great atmosphere. I highly recommend Dr Woodard!

Exceptional service! More than just crack your back!! They have lots of treatments to suit your needs! Ive been to several chiropractors and they all usually do the same treatment, Dr Woodard does his evaluation and does treatments in conjunction with the spinal manipulations that enhance your healing!! Great staff too!

TL;DR - Dr. Woodard and his staff are excellent and knowledgeable and will work with you and your comfort level. Dr. Woodard is excellent at chiropractic adjustments, graston technique, cupping and jaw clenching. I went into Dr. Woodard's office originally to help with stiff muscles by using the Graston technique. The first visit was a one hour examination, where he found multiple other spots that I didn't tell him about (due to me forgetting), the most prominent example being a painful vertebra. I didn't tell him about it, but as he was examining my back, he gently touched that vertebra and said "tell me about this" which I'm happy he did. He then explained what was happening and the cause (poor sitting posture while working) and how we would address it. The Graston technique helps break up scar tissue formed from multiple reasons on muscle tissue, and it's a love/hate relationship. Love because the end results are great, hate because it can be a slightly uncomfortable experience since the purpose is to break up scar tissue on tight muscles (similar uncomfortable levels as getting a deep tissue massage). Dr. Woodard does an excellent job to find your level of comfort while using the Graston technique to not cause pain. Personally, I want quicker end results and tell him to up the pressure during the session. Dr. Woodard also does cupping. He does an excellent job explaining the process and purpose of cupping, and I've enjoyed the results of it. As far as chiropractic work goes, Dr. Woodard is outstanding. He is extremely knowledgeable and answers any questions you have while you're being adjusted. From a previous experience at a "walk-in chiro place" in Houston, I was extremely hesitant to let anyone make adjustments to my neck. Dr. Woodard was understanding and did not make any adjustments to my neck. I have since let him adjust my neck since I was confident in his abilities as he had shown in previous visits. 100% an excellent chiropractor. One last thing and this is for folks who have problems with lockjaw/clenching teeth (which I do). Dr. Woodard has tools and adjustments to help with the tight facial muscles that cause the pain you can experience with this condition. Disclaimer, this isn't pleasant but the end results are heaven. Dr. Woodard does let you know it will be uncomfortable and does an absolutely fantastic job to minimize discomfort. The rest of the staff are some of the friendliest people you can have the pleasure of dealing with. They always greet you with a smile and do their absolute best to help you anyway you can.
