        The customer service was atrocious. The lady at the counter was attempting to refuse my guaranteed reservation because it was through my USAA car insurance, and they could make more on a private rental. After confirming my reservation online, she called and told me they had no minivans or SUVs. There were three in the lot when I showed up. A king gentleman in the lobby helped me convince her to honor her USAA contract as I am a medically retired army Ranger's spouse. Neither of the employees were wearing nametags, so I can't even report the poor treatment to corporate.

        Stay open on Saturdays longer than Noon. Such a inconvenience to have a car back at noon, then be charged another full day. Uncustomer friendly to say the least. More like a scam.
