The Residence at Lake Jackson

I have lived here for almost a year now and I have loved it so far. The maintenance people are also very friendly and fast. Neighbors are great as well. And the ladies in the office are super awesome! I feel like they are managing everything very well

Overall great location in Lake Jackson, quiet safe area and close to everything. As only here for a year and would have stayed longer. They accept giant dog breeds Issues: Crazy amounts of roaches, even after being sprayed by professionals. Pool was always closed, turned green every week. Gate always broken. Pros: Easy parking, decent maintenance, different food trucks every week for residents

My refrigerator broke and they've taken about 3 weeks now to not fix it. My washer and dryer barely work, Oh and my apartment keeps flooding from God knows what. They're also incredibly expensive to be having this many major issues.

I love this property soo much!!! Everything is so clean and the environment is very welcoming and nice. I also love how professional the staff is. Nicole and Hannah are the best!!! I never have any problems with communication with them.
