Chansey was amazing. She sold our home in one day and above asking price. This fantastic result was due to her hard work- preperation, skills and industry knowledge. There was no issue too big or too small for her to handle. She was on top of it all. And with amazing quality. The photos she commissioned were the best photos ever taken of our property. Her knowledge and experience helped us really understand the market and set the right price. And her wonderful personality made it a pleasure to work with her throughout. We moved from CA to TX in May, my husband chose Chassey Wallace as our realtor initially because she was local to Lago Vista. She was professional, knowledgeable about the area, & knew the location well which is what we needed considering we had only been to the town once. From the day I met her until the day we closed she went above and beyond what we expected.
