Online site said there were rooms available. Upon arrival I was informed there were no more. Sometimes that happens. Problem was the attitude of the gentleman at the desk. Was visibly annoyed by me asking about availability. I travel there often for business and my company stays at Comfort Inn but I wanted to try something else for our extended stays. Wont be going back there.

This the most honest thorough review and WARNING of this place. If you value your safety do not stay here. They have some type of Cash app Card scam going on and will hack into your account and steal all of your money out. And they do it in a way that it is dang on near impossible to get your money back from Cash app. Because they make it as a payment to a complete fraudulent account so it is hard to prove unauthorized transactions because it is made as a payment to them. Since it's the money in your Cash app account it is not secured like your bank. I had to call the police to my room and make a police report. Report to the BBB a claim. Then filed a complaint with the federal trade commission (FTC). All of my money was stolen out my account. Many others claim it happened alot around there but who know's what's really going on in the background. It is an very eerie place. Most of the people who occupy LIVES there. So it's not your average hotel residence. You are dealing with people who have been living there for long period of time so it gives an apartment feeling. Like you are surrounded by thieves. The people at the front desk overcharge you. Charge you a different price every week. And everyone there are paying different prices. If you are using a CASH APP CARD do not keep your money on there it will get hacked by the front desk. They have your card information and your personal information. They know ways around getting into your account without going through security. Everyone I ran into who I just happened to mention what happened to me spoke of an incident where it happened to someone they know and it was a different person every time but the SAME THING HAPPENED TO THEM. People who reside here don't deserve to have that happen here. They are already going on hard times why would you steal from that person and make their situation worse than before and having them in a predicament of being homeless because that was all the money they had to their name. You are putting that person in danger! I literally had to be homeless for 2 days because of this cash app incident and that was the most terrifying thing ever. And everyone AGAIN I ran into said the same thing happened to them and or someone they knew and they became homeless as well from these incidents. And they were other homeless people who had the same or similar scenario happen to them. Resident stole from me acting as if he was helping me out. Stole $40 from me. This is nothing like I have ever experienced in my life. Everyone is saying front desk has to do it with it and it is true. I didn't believe it at first but the more I connected the dots the more it leads right back to them. On top of that they have BED BUGS. They say you can clock out at 12 pm on their website but they say 11 am when you get there. They get you by offering these unbeatable deal but when you get there you still end up paying a lot. You are surrounded by people at all times. Every room is booked so like I said not your average hotel. You can hear the neighbors upstairs every move. Stomping over your head throughout the day. Loud moving rearranging furniture. This has never happened to me until I checked in here using my cash app card. Everyone that happened to had money in their cash app account. I am trying to warn you there are alot of shady people here. Be Warned.

If I can give them a negative number I would...whoever the guy with wife beater on behind the desk...is totally unprofessional and inappropriately dress, with the most disrespectful attitude you should encounter when purchasing a room for the week
