        If you are looking for storage in La Marque, you may want to look elsewhere. Our most recent problem came when we moved out. As requested we gave notice on the IStorage app and vacated the premises the day prior to our move out date. This was also the paid thru date shown online. On the next day, our account was drafted for the next month. Several calls and email messages have gone unanswered. I included documents in the emails. Be warned if you are on automatic payment. Edit follow-up: I called the number in the response twice and left messages. I went to the facility (25 miles away) and talked to the person working there. She stated she was new and didnt know what to do. She promised a call the next morning. Two days later and still no call.

        They go up on your storage after they give a set price. I dont like that.
