        Visited Midas in Kyle, for an oil change. Walked into the store and noticed 4 people sitting in the waiting area. I stood at the counter for 20 minutes, and no workers came to assist me. As I was waiting, I looked into the shop area, and noticed a worker sitting on a chair with his full attention on texting on his phone. I watched him for a while. I walked out and went to another oil change place and decided to never try Midas again. There are plenty of oil change places, and I was hoping that a company like Midas would be a bit more professional. It's really not THAT hard.
