very disappointed in the lack of ethics in diagnosing why my car's A/C doesn't work, they told me they had to drain the coolant and put a new one in, so they charge me 176 for that, so that later they tell me it's the compressor that is bad, they could have easily checked the compressor first, but they do this to get more money from customers, which breaks the trust and respect that one has for these certified places

We needed extensive repairs on our 1999 Honda CRV, after loaning it iut for 5 years. Lance, the service manager, checked us in, and then he and Carlo, the service advisor, went through the page of items we wanted to be checked and corrected. We agreed on the price and waited for parts to arrive. Hector, Team Lead mechanic took over. We stopped in and got a look at the progress, and met Hector. He is passionate about his work. Did a superb job in getting our car back to us. It runs better than ever has , we bought it in 2003. I would highly recommend this group of men to take care of your mechanical needs. They all went above and beyond the service we have received from other service providers.

I have been going to this location for oil changes since I purchased my car. I went for an oil change at Saturday morning. Intake staff was good. The people that handled my vehicle? Not so much. I requested no car wash. I was in a rush and went home and realized there was oily residue on the outside of the car AND INSIDE ON THE SEATS AND THE DOOR. A empty water bottle was left in car (GROSS). I was sitting outside in the parking lot and saw two men in my car in the parking lot. Why? Never returning. -CONNERY.
