        I was really surprised with the ratings on this place. No cleaning done in my room in days, no garbage picked up, no coffee supplies, the location is not of easy access, no stores or shops close to it. My room was in front of a parking lot and people kind of keep talking near my door. I would never ever come back. Terrible experience

        Do not book these rooms they rooms !!! they will keep your deposit! they rude and definitely isnt helpful they dont even change the trash Noteworthy details: never again would i book at all i had my baby this wasnt safe at all

      Thank you for choosing Americas Best Value Inn Kingwood IAH Airport as your preferred destination. Your deposit was revoked because guest smoked in a Non-Smoking room and purposely littered on the hotels grounds/walls and landscaping area. In addition, room was trashed. We do not welcome such guests who purposely violate hotel policies and cause damages to hotel properties. We aim to provide a pleasant and comfortable experience for all our guests but in this case we are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you because of your own actions and for violating hotel policies purposely.
