Not sure who was at the front desk this late afternoon, but who answers the phone with hello? The lady was not welcoming and customer service was poor. Nope.

Good classes but bad costumer service. Nice when enrolling but rude whenever you want to cancell per their contract. They dont reas nor follow their terms of condition on the contract. Studiom doesn't count with changing rooms either. You must be on time to be allowed to work out and if you miss a scheduled class you'll be penalized by losing your points and getting charged the missed class fee.

Just got off the phone with this studio and their customer services is the worst! The lady that answered was the rudest person Ive ever encountered! From the moment I asked what the membership prices were she acted like a total shrew! Then when I asked about the American Hero discount she said I didnt qualify because I wasnt a Nurse or Doctor! I told her I worked at a hospital all the same and she said absolutely not. I also told her Im a military veteran and does that count as a American Hero and again she said absolutely not. Even though the Spring location has higher prices their customer service was amazing and they said I would get the discount. This place just lost my membership! Just say absolutely not to this place!

If i could give them a negative rating i would. Veronica should be fired, she doesnt need to be working in customer service because she doesnt have any. She refused to answer any of my calls because it was coming from me, so i called off of another number and she answered immediately. They refuse to let me cancel my membership without jumping throw a thousand hoops and once i do it they say i did it wrong. Theyre liars and try to trap you into a membership, they said theres no manager and i wasnt allowed to talk to one. Obviously there should be a manager because none of these people know how to do their job. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!

I have been attending for 2 months and it has become the thing I look forward to every week! All the teachers are wonderful and the staff is awesome!
