I want to start by saying thank you to the team at service king kingwood location, they did an amazing job on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler Sahara, my Jeep looks like new, their service was done correctly and in a timely matter, communication was excellent I received a text every morning and every afternoon letting me know what was being done on my Jeep, if they were waiting for parts or if it was prep for paint, etc Big thanks to my advisor Chelsea!!! Thank you for a job well done, hope this review serves other people trotting to decide where to fix their vehicles, this guys are not cheap but they are professional and give you a life time warranty on their repairs and paint jobs.

10I am glad I brought my vehicle to this location. I was skeptical about dealing with allstate. The day I stopped by I went to the front desk and receptionist were nice and polite and got me in contact with the estimator Joe L. I dropped of my car Monday evening and I picked it up Thurs evening. They were able to complete the repairs in good time. I was worried because I did not get a rental car because I could not afford a $300 deposit towards enterprise and they wanted me to pay 5 days in advance which they were giving me the rate enterprise said $26.50. So yeah I did not have 400 bucks for a rental car. I will use this location again but I hope I don't have to deal with Allstate. They did a good job on my car replaced rear bumper and reinforcement brackets. Paint match was on Point. They got a dent out on my trunk lid as well that didn't require painting. If you are in the kingwood area use this shop. Other family and friends have use this shop as well with no issues. We have use joe Hudson collision center before on a different vehicle and we had issues with the work they performed Services: Painting, Body & Trim
