    My experience did not start out so well, but it was quickly resolved. Purchased a truck with a lift and the extended warranty was not correctly put in, but that was quickly corrected. Then when it was time to have the repairs completed the extended warranty denied the claim due to the initial error. Again, it was quickly and successfully corrected. Mr. Jason Scott (General Manager) took care of the problem. I will definitely be back for the next purchase whether it is new or pre-owned. Thank you to Mr. Scott and everyone else that was involved to make this purchase and the needed repairs. To add to the success story, I am approximately 4 hours away from them. I was able to have it all corrected at my choice of service departments. Thanks Again!!!

    We purchased a vehicle through them on 6/7/2022. They told us we would get the vehicle in a couple days since it was getting a routine service then it was going to get detailed. We took possession of the vehicle on 06/20/2022!!!! We drove it for 2 days and the check engine light came on. We took it to services in Temple and they said it was a lose hose and "fixed" it. In other words, just made the light go away. 2 days later, my husband was pumping gas into this vehicle and the gas leaked on the floor. He didn't even want to turn the vehicle back on! We called Mac Haik AGAIN and let them know what happened and they stated they would tow it to the temple location to get it serviced. Vehicle was towed on 06/24/2022 it was there in services for about a week or so then returned to us. A day later, the check engine light came back on so my husband went to get the light checked himself so they can tell us what it is. Turns out it was the oil pressure issue and not a lose hose like they stated before.. we then called temple service and took the vehicle back in on the 5th of July to get it fixed once a for all. It is now 07/21/2022 and we still don't have our vehicle. Turns out this vehicle has a major oil leak & needs the motor replaced!! they now want to use our warranty to get it fixed. At this point we haven't even drove the car enough to say we own one. The worst part is our payment was due on 07/16 and we paid it hoping we would get the vehicle back soon!! We contacted the office to see what we can do about the contract or if they can buy it back and all they say is "it doesn't work like that" I am taking them to court for fraud! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
