if i could give 0 stars i would. this facility is ran by a director without proper training. The staff here care more about their friendships and drama than taking care of the children present. i have seen several things that make me glad that my niece and nephew no longer attend this "academy" as they like to call it.( like employees handing out incorrect medicine to help them sleep during nap time and constant breaks to smoke while front desk is unattended) I am appalled by the lack of training an employee goes through before joining the team as well. i was a previous employee and lets just say i left and never looked back.

Our boys have been going here for YEARS! The staff is great, they are kind, loving, and patient with my boys and communication has always been great between the staff and my family. They do fun activities with the kids; crafts, field trips, little parties. I definitely would recommend this place and if I could give 10 stars I would!!!!

I am a father of a 3 almost 4 year old and my daughter has been going here since she was 1 and thrived thanks to the staff. For the past year i have been taking care of my daughter by myself while my wife works in California. This was scary for me. I did not know how to take care of a little girl. But the staff at hand prints academy helped me with everything. They answered every question i had (and i had allot). They helped me teacher how to use the bathroom. When ever my child got sick, they handled the situation beyond my expectations. They would even fix her hair after i tried to make it look nice and failed. If it wouldnt be for the HA staff, i dont know if i would of been able to do this by myself. They have become family and will be missed when we leave. I sudjest this daycare to anyone especially if you are in the mil. The staff truly cares for their young students.
