        Dr Armani & his entire staff were absolutely outstanding. I was worried about being sedated but I never felt, or remembered any thing.Very little pain or discomfort post surgery..I would give Killeen Oral Surgery a 5 Star review.Thank ,s to everyone there.

        They are super friendly and helped deal with my anxiety throughout each visit. Super chill dentist and nice nurses. I do wish they explained a little more due to my anxiety but they handled it great. Definitely recommend

        I started my journey with Killeen Oral Surgery 2 years ago starting the implant process. Dr Ormeni always ensured that my appointments went smoothly, and my fears were addressed immediately. Now my implants are complete and look great. Highly recommend being put under anesthesia. Takes the anxiety away completely and they take such good care of you as a patient. Would come back to this Oral Surgeon in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.
