        I called for these people to help my 75 year old mother to move and had a time and date for them to come out and give a quote and they stood her up and didn't even give a courtesy call and say they was not coming. We I called them I went to voice mailbox. NOT Professional at all. I found someone else GOD IS GOOD

        Their prices are very reasonable but when I called to ask if they were insured in any way I was told "if you're going to be that way you may want to go with someone else". When I asked what happens if something breaks they told me if they had that kind of insurance they'd be charging Mayflower prices.

      I am terribly sorry about that situation. I was detained going on post for an old traffic ticket I did not know about and was unable to make contact with you. I left you also left you a voicemail apology offering a discounted rate due to the inconvenience. Once again I apologize and I understand your rating.

      I have been in the moving business for 20+ years and sometimes we have had what they call Nightmare Customers. Unfortunately you fit that description. So before we did business I decided to turn you away. I would rather have a bad Google review than deal with a Nightmare Customer.
