I just finished paying off my first car because of Mr. Nick and Mrs. Genelle . If I could give them 10 stars I would. These are by far the best people and used car dealership in Killeen, Texas. They are honest, respectful, and just all around good people. They work with you in anyway they can and they don't ask for much like other dealerships. I would definitely recommend them before anyone. I definitely will be going back to purchase next vehicle. Go to them before you go anywhere else in Killeen. Needed a small economical car to use back and forth to work and came across IMPERIAL AUTO SALES. First of all the customer service was awesome. I was informed of minor maintenance on my 02 Dodge Neon and so far I am VERY pleased with my purchase. Will definitely recommend them to family and friends

Great place and people I recommend them 100% I ran across some hard times from work to death and they understood help me thru it this day and time it's hard finding people thats understanding and reliable now I own my car that runs good and is reliable only took a year to pay off thank you both so much and God bless you all I will be coming back to get another vehicle soon

My boyfriend and I went to several car lots and they're giving us the run around and also expensive down payments for example one car lot asked for a down payment of 4600 for a 2016 sonata .... honestly we was about to give up But a friend of ours including family members recommend Imperial we went took for a test drive and even taken to our mechanic to take a look at the vehicle. The owners are awesome and great customer service no hassle the process took less than 45 minutes we was in and out I highly recommend Imperial for your car needs .

Janelle is a very rude person that helps run this business. There was only one car that was for sale that was supposed to be sold as-is. I took it to a mechanic I did not know and he informed me car had been in a flood and had a gas leak that would cost about $400 to fix. Radio also did not work but I was told the car was going to be sold as-is so I would have to fix it myself. This place needs to close. When they don't care if they are selling dangerous vehicles (as--is) and the gas leak was quick to be noticed by this mechanic. I did not know what this smell was from.
