I'm a first time home buyer that didnt have the support of my family to help me through this process, Jimmys team was amazing, no matter how crazy the question I had they were truly helpful and expertly guided me through the whole process. My loan processor, Heather Ferrell even helped me find Home owners insurance. I highly recommend this company if you are a novice like me in purchasing your own home.

I cannot praise this company enough! My husband and I have been working with them since February of this year - when our first home was being built. Heather is amazing! I have called her multiple times and not once has she made me feel like I was a nuisance and always (always) answered all my questions! Unfortunately, the home we were having built wasn’t satisfactory (major structural issues) and when we had to make a choice on what to do next, within hours, Jimmy made sure we were taken care of (at the time Ms. Heather was out of the office). I wouldn’t hesitate to work with this company again (if I ever had to), but most importantly I would recommend anyone to them! They have made this entire process smooth, especially when things got a little bumpy! Thank you, SWBC team!
