Days Inn by Wyndham Killeen Fort Hood

Worst managed hotel I've stayed at in years. No remote for the tv. No hairdryer. Dirty sheets. No one at the front desk and no one would come to the front desk. There was no breakfast or coffee left by 7:00 AM. By 8:00 no employees could be found despite guests waiting in the breakfast area. Grackles (birds) were in a tree outside of my window. They screeched and chirped loudly all night. I had my sound machine on maximum volume and the grackles woke me up constantly during the night. I think the bright lights attracted the birds and caused them to stay active all night. There must be no insulation in the walls - it was as if my window was open to the noise. I hope that the disgusting blobs left in the uncleaned sink was just the prior occupants flem. I am disappointed that Wyndham would allow their name to be associated with this hotel. I will be Leary of booking a Wyndham hotel again.

I recently stayed at your hotel with the expectation of a hearty breakfast, having inquired specifically about the inclusion of eggs, sausage, and waffles. Unfortunately, my experience didnt meet these expectations as the breakfast offered was limited to cereal, yogurt, and a rather dry waffle without butter, only syrup. Seeing other children, come into the breakfast area hoping to have a decent meal, and their faces were saddened to find out butter isnt even provided for the waffles. The man at the front desk disregarded the fact that butter is commonly used on waffles, and it made me feel as if theyre just feeding us the cheapest thing they can so it looks good, as if a stray dog. I understand and appreciate the cultural diversity that influences culinary offerings. Prior to booking, I asked the hotel front desk what type of breakfast was provided and specifically asked about eggs, sausage and waffles expecting everyone should know butter comes with waffles. None of that was provided. However, I believe its crucial to accurately communicate what guests can expect, especially when it comes to meals that start their day. In American culture, a warm, buttered waffle is a small comfort that significantly enhances the dining experience. Its these small touches that can deeply influence a guests overall satisfaction. I kindly suggest considering a more inclusive breakfast menu that caters to a variety of cultural tastes, including those traditional American breakfast elements that many guests look forward to. Clear communication about what is offered can also help set the right expectations and ensure all guests start their day on a positive note. I share this feedback in the hope that it will contribute to an enhanced experience for all guests, respecting and celebrating our diverse preferences. IAM VERY MUCH DISSATISFIED WITH THIS HOTEL THIS STAFF WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DISRESPECTFUL RUDE AND OFFENSIVE BY TELLING MY FIANCE HE REALLY DIDN'T NEED HIS EMOTIONAL SUPPORT DOG AND WAS NOT REAL! ALSO THE BED FRAMES WERE LOUD , POOR PATTERN BUILT, AND SEVERAL TIMES OTHER GUESTS WERE LOUD AND RUDE BY YELLING DRINKING AND SETTING OFF ALARM REPEATEDLY. I CALLED TWICE BUT NOTHING WAS DONE SO I'M DONE WITH DAYS INN!! THE ONLY GOOD WAS LOCATION OF SURROUNDING STORES N RESTAURANTS. Walkability: U able to go Walmart
