        Feel very unsafe here. Reserved online through third party. I am unfamiliar with the area, place smells of weed and stranger comes beating on my door 1130pm. I am traveling alone and wish i looked at the hotel in person before making reservation. Staff are very friendly.

        So everyone knows there is a 75 buck deposit they take and then supposedly refund it however in my case charge is no longer pending and it went thru on my statement for the full 75 dollars...so I called them and they claim they have refunded it so I said can I have a copy of refund receipt...3 different emails ..they say they sent it three times I still don't have a copy of it....these people are playing games with me but I will win in the end bc I'm not gonna stop until I get my 75 dollars back ....be smart and stay away from these obvious scammers that work here!!!! Rooms: Awful customer service....scammers!!!

Please remember if there is a deposit that is charged to your card, the deposit will be refunded upon check out if everything is acceptable in the room, and may take up to 20 business days to be returned to your credit card. Give the refunded deposit time to show up in your account, and then if you still have questions regarding billing, you may want to call your bank, as they are the ones still holding it after you have checked out.
