Ronnie Bock's Kerrville RV

Tried ordering a part from their Parts office because I like to shop local. Paid in advance with the estimated delivery Wednesday. No parts but a call saying Thursday and they would call me. No parts, no call but I was in town and stopped by. All attitude, no service and my visit ended when they told me they would not order parts for me and basically, dont come back. Went on Amazon and the part will be here Monday. Customer service is a foreign concept at Ronnie Bock's and I will not even consider them when I shop for a new RV.

I have to say, being in the automotive service business for the last 45 years in Encinitas, CA Ronnie Bocks Kerrville RV were absolutely incredible. Somewhere just past Tucson AZ a 53 truck lost his tire and came out in large pieces. Well as I tried to miss the debris, it knocked out my water drain completely for my fresh water tank. The owner Todd and his service department took me in and repaired my tank and fixed another sewer leak problem right away. They were very reasonable and got me back on the road again. I was so relieved. I so appreciate the good service and the staff were all so helpful and kind. Great job Ronnie Bocks RV in Kerrville, TX. You are all the best!! 5 STARS FOR SURE!!

I just wanted to give a shout to Ronnie Bocks RV in Kerrville, TX. Time and time again I see on here complaining about RV service centers. My experience in Kerrville was excellent. I made the appointment about one month out. We had the awning and LP line recalls done, plus cab leaking and gray tank sensors not working. All fixed in one day. Just thought I would share my positive experience compared to my negative experience (dont get me started) at one of the large RV Dealers where we bought the rig. Safe travels!

Three years ago they fixed our furnace in our Roadtrek on very short notice as we were passing through Kerrville. Recently, while we were in Louisiana we discovered we needed to have our awning fixed. We got an appointment for a few days after we called. In the meantime, we hit a branch in the road that sheared off our propane gauge. They have electric hookups so we stayed the night before. In the morning they fixed the awning and replaced the propane gauge. Everyone was very helpful. Kevin let us know that we should register our used 2020 Winnebago Boldt with Winnebago, so that we could utilize Winnebagos Owner Relations. We would highly recommend Kerrville RV.
