I was told via text that if I was interested in leasing something I needed to apply immediately due to the fact that rental properties do not last more than 2-3 days. I applied immediately after the property was listed. After three days I called to inquire and was told someone would be calling me. I continued to call every 2-3 days and it was always the same response. They are in a meeting and someone will get back to you. I just wanted to know where we stood. We have very good credit, employment and a great rental history. On the last call, I insisted on a refund of the application fees. I was eventually given a refund, hence the one star. This all happened about a year ago. I am still looking for a property to rent in Kerrville. Unfortunately, many of them are managed by Arden Hills.

We spoke to Matt last year and he found us an awesome rental home, we are in the market to upgrade to a bigger place and again Matt is the man that can get the job done. Awesome great A customer service.

After 8 days, 8 phone calls, 5 emails, I finally got a text from an unknown number, no name, that they would get back to me on a rental listed as available. They couldn't pay me to lease from them
