Lynne is a very professional, caring pet caretaker. We appreciated her concern for our dogs while we were on a trip. She is courteous and gave us daily texts about how things were going. She also fed the fish and brought in the mail!

Lynn was timely and sent pics of the kitties when she cared for them. Went beyond and pulled my recycle bin up the driveway and got my mail. Good value and very responsible and sweet lady! Highly recommend

Lady answered the phone and says Hi, can I call you back, Ill call you back then hung up on me. Makes me wonder if all these good reviews are even real.

I have been pleased with the care Lynne has taken while looking after Kitty when we are away. She responds promptly to text messages. We don't need to confirm and reconfirm ten times. She says yes, and she will be there. She watered my plants even though I forgot to ask her to do so. She texted me asking where my broom was, as she wanted to keep the area clean. When I had my daughter's cat and, of course, had two litter boxes, she looked after both, and fed the cats in two locations. I'm very pleased with Lynne and have one less thing to worry about when traveling. Thank you!

We had Lynne watch our three cats while we were out of town. When we returned from out trip, there was three to four days worth of feces in the litter box. The smell was overwhelming and the sight concerning. There were some concerns about Lynne being confused with a self cleaning litter box. As such, we recommended she unplug it and use it as a regular litter box. While this was simple enough, the collecting unit, which presumably had collected the first two days of waste, went un-emptied for the duration of the 9 day trip. More concerning, there was a large amount of feces in the litter box, well more than a typical day. To be clear we have an extra large litter box to accommodate three cats. Prior to leaving we left a detailed set of instructions concerning the emptying and cleaning of the litter box. As the disposal of the litter was not done according to the instructions, we can only assume it was not read. We spoke with Lynne to see if there was confusion concerning days or cleaning schedule or otherwise an excuse for the conditions. However, she was adamant she had done everything right and had cleaned the litter box every day. That said, she had no explanation for the amount of feces in the litter box. I am sorry to say we will not be using this service again nor will we endorse another using it.
