        We had a property under contract. Original lender that I used before said No, Problem! After we paid the earnest money to lock in the property. Orginal lender left us high and dry as the property came back as Rural. I found Tim and his team with less then 10 days until close. He was able to not only get us approved, he walked us thru the process with required documents allowing us to close on the property and have the rehab funds available to complete the flip. Needless to say they are going to be my go to from here on out. Thanks Tim!
