        I contacted my home insurance company, Central Insurance, and asked them to inspect my 28 year old roof. To my surprise, they "totaled" it due to hail damage (I had no leaks). Within a couple of days, I received a very generous settlement offer, easily covering the cost of a new class 4 roof. The estimated replacement cost details were so complete that the roofing companies had all the information they could ever need to accurately figure their quotes. The adjuster for Central was very professional, experienced and responsive. We're happy and now Central also has our vehicles.
