Tots to Teens Pediatric Dentistry

I was here 3/11 with my son who had an appointment. We did not get seen until ONE HOUR and couple minutes later. I myself had have been busy the whole month of February and either had to reschedule or cancel his appointment. The day of his appointment I had to call and ask to be seen at a later time that day, the front desk receptionist told me ok well since his been canceling and rescheduling this will be the last time we can change the appointment and he has to be here on time ! I was there with time to spare!!! Granted I leave a one hour and fifteen minutes away from this location. It upset me that they were so quick to jump my bones but didnt see their own flaw. Not even a I apologize for the wait or anything!! And this has only been a problem this year because previously there was no issue with wait times or rudeness

I have to brag on Zoie, the lady that does the cleanings! She's AMAZING with all of my kids, but especially the one that doesn't like the process. She knows just what to say and do to him to keep his mind off of the cleaning. I love the staff here but she amazes me every time!
