I bought a Hot Tools Professional hair Dryer from Sallys less than a week ago. I used it twice. You dont expect it to break on the second use and it did. I threw the box away because we just moved but have my receipt. I called and was told by the manager that it couldnt be returned because I didnt keep the box. Thats policy. I will NEVER purchase anything from that company again. I dont even know how they stay in business. Goodbye Sallys and your policy!!!

They changed up some things since I was in the last time. Was greeted shortly after walking in directed to the exact location of what I wanted. The lady helping me was very friendly and polite.

Nice clean store with personable associates. I was greeted as soon as I entered & offered help. This is a small location & does not have the hair care products I need for my kinky curly hair. I have to drive an hour south for products to do my own hair. I called another Sally's and they should be able to help me.

Came here to buy hair color. I was holding my one year old in my arms and had my ten year old with me. There was one other customer in the store shopping the same isle for hair color. Both of the clerks were doing inventory and instead of leaving the isle while we shopped they both remained in the tiny hair color isle with the four of us continuing inventory, not allowing adequate space to shop. I mentioned this to one, saying you might hold off until we get out of here so we can look around. She completely ignores me. Both clerks continue doing inventory, blocking product, and making it super awkward to browse for what we were looking for

Went to buy clipper guides for my Wahl clipper asked employee said all we got is what you see asked her if Andis would fit she said Yes bought it which cost $20 plus tax well didn't fit tried to return said no return policy there employee's are not train on products and selection is poor time to find different store for clippers
