Normally the service is good but this time it was not like that my dad went to pay his auto policy and they charged him almost 145 just to renew it is crazy you are supposed to pay for 6 months to save 145 plus 480 for the policy I understand that you have They have to charge a commission but that bothered me a lot. I would like them to have something special for older people who basically don't understand what they are charging. Normally it is served by a girl and this time it was a boy. I would like them to give a fixed rate to older adults. Moral ask beforehand how much you are going to charge me
