I have been looking for a three bedroom two bath apartment complex that is family oriented, I went and met with Miss Jean Litrell, and I would just like to take a moment to say how wonderfully excited my family are to become a part of this amazing community!. She is kind, courteous, professional, and very, very friendly!. And has a smile that is very, very bright warm and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a beautiful apartment home that is affordable in our beautiful city of Kerrville. Again, thank you Mrs. Jean Litrell, for taking the time to answer all of our questions and being just an amazing human being!. I went In and inquired about leasing options. The manager Ms Littrel was very prompt and professional. I had every question answered and she was very responsive. I liked the layouts,the units were newly remodeled and very up-to date. Great management!

Apartments are under new management & have upgraded so much! Jean the new apartment manager is so nice and helpful! She responds quickly to any need that you may have while being a resident. All the maintenance crew go out of their way to make sure everyone there is straight! Highly recommend living at this property.

The management is super friendly and got me into my apartment with ease. They have remodeled the units and they did a superb job! Great location, affordable housing and friendly staff.
