They need some employees. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to order through the drive-through or inside of the restaurant. Slow service for fast food.

Marc-Anthony saved the day! My wife and I had our first visit to this location (it's pretty new), and I'm happy to say we had a great lunch. I know, service these days can be spotty (and not just at Popeye's), but we got a great meal and personalized service from Marc-Anthony. Seating in this location is a little weird -- one booth was so tiny I'm not sure even kids could sit there -- but overall, this is our new favorite Popeye's. By the way, if you're disabled (like me), the men's room is easy to navigate. Wheelchair accessibility: I'm not wheelchair-bound, but I do walk with a cane (and slowly). The biggest obstacle to entry is needing to cross the drive-through lane to get in. The way people can zip through, that can be a little scary.

It's a longer drive, but I guess I will just keep going to the one in Mansfield until this one gets its act together.

Service/speed of food delivery is horribly slow. Drive thru customers get priority. Waited 25 minutes for a mobile order I placed 30-35 minutes prior. Not good.

Apx 2 months since this location opened which might yield some room for improvements but not poor service on EVERY visit. Visits back to back with cold food, after waiting for them to cook my fish sandwich each time. Asked how is it possible the food is cold if you have me waiting for you to cook it -was told very nonchalantly, I dont know. I have encountered the same lead each time a Hispanic young female that needs additional training alongside the other crew. She is not unpleasant just very nonchalant which is detrimental to service and business in general. I will not return again due to returning cold food and having my money refunded several times. Customers will not accept poor service and cold food no matter how recognizable the Popeyes brand is. Only the absolute strongest businesses are surviving in this post pandemic economy and Popeyes 5330 Kennedale Sublett Rd, is not exempt.
