Ive known and counted Mark a friend since high school and there was no question he would be my choice in realtor when we decided to move. We had (at least in my eyes) a very difficult home to sell and I had serious doubts it would actually happen. We found a house we wanted to buy and Brenda was fantastic. She was extremely helpful at pointing out things to look for and what to avoid. When we found just the right house she wasted no time going to work-helping us negotiate and bringing us to close. After buying our new (to us) home, we put the former house on the market. Without being too wordy it was a roller coaster ride with lots of setbacks due to poorly qualified buyers, but the third contract went through without a hitchso smoothly this time it felt like something was wrong. Mark did a fantastic job. We couldnt ask for more. Mark and Brenda are an exceptional team and you will not go wrong using them for your real estate needs.

Mark and his team were super friendly and helpful. They came with a good marketing plan, staging suggestions and market analysis. Home sold quickly, just over asking price. Mark made all of the back and forth painless. Highly recommended.
