Lee Sprinkler, Drainage and Foundation Preservation

4/11/2024 I cant get anyone to return my phone calls. I still dont have a map of my system and dont understand why I cant get one. I cant do any digging in my yard until I get one. They tell me they dont know how to use the software. So my question is Is no one getting a map of their system because if I cant get one then no one should be getting one!!! Also need my sprinkler heads adjusted like they said they were going to do and didnt. Update: they came out and added a new zone in October so its hard to tell if it helped yet because summers not here so we will soon find out. They still havent come back out to adjust heads hitting our fence and stripping the stain off our new fence and we STILL dont have a map of our system! There reason for not getting the map was they didnt know how to use the software so I guess no ones getting one. So its been a year now since installation and were still waiting for them work out coverage issues. We were told they were going to break up some zones in my backyard. First reported the problem in June of this year and STILL waiting. We were given wrong maps for our system 3 times and still cant get an accurate one. We have a zone in the front that one of the heads is hitting a basketball goal (its very obvious should have been noticed at installation) and causing a dead spot. Joel our project manager was great at installation but not very helpful with our issues after and quite rude and obnoxious when they caused a leak and was very adamant they didnt do anything. They caused the leak 20 gallons an hour and had to wait a week for them to fix even after the city said it was the sprinkler system. Wanted to give them a great review but Ive been waiting and tired of getting the run around. I do not recommend Lee Sprinkler.

I wish I could give this company 10 stars for their services - I had Tyler who came out and helped with our sprinkler system by replacing the ball valve and main system, setup a schedule and helped provide info regarding the new system and schedule. From arrival to finish, it was nothing but professional & clean. And lastly, the price was way more than affordable they are hands down the best in the area.

Great to work with. They came out, did a survey, gave a quote. Picked a day, everything done on time and they cleaned up. Came back out to go over the job, make sure I understood everything and how to work the system. Fantastic experience.

Lee Sprinkler completed a relatively complex project professionally and timely. Max managed the project and insured we were satisfied and educated on the system. Highly recommend the company for installing sprinkler system.

Will and his teammate were very professional and courteous. The team made sure we understand everything being explained. We are grateful to have them as a contractor for our sprinkler system now!
